Question: What motivated you to use the software of FinLoop?
Answer:
Our biggest day-to-day challenge was finding the right lender for the right application. FinLoop immediately dictates the right lender, also within the existing lenders, for the right application.
Question: How quickly did you see the first results?
Answer:
We had an application in Luxembourg. We ran our profile of lenders and could not match it with our existing ones. We used FinLoop, and it suggested Volksbank from Saarbrücken. How would I have known that Volksbank from Saarbrücken would be able to finance our clients in Luxembourg?
Question: In your opinion, why is FinLoop worth trying?
Answer:
It works. (laughs) It works for me as a company. It works for my colleagues. It works to grow into Europe. And as we are becoming more European, with many more lenders, you need FinLoop. It’s not why you would use it — you need FinLoop if you want to be ahead in the market.
Question: Which audience benefits the most?
Answer:
We have three thousand lenders on the platform. The market is changing — new lenders are coming every day, others are leaving, investment profiles are changing. So, the lender aspect is one of the most important and useful targets for which we use FinLoop.
Secondly, also for our borrowers — now, with the Loan Management System, we help to professionalise them. Why? The Loan Management System gives a complete overview of the existing loans. We manage the loans, so we are building up a long-term client relationship. The borrower has one single overview of all his existing loans, and secondly, we have an organised data room.
This helps our borrowers, but also our lenders. So FinLoop really connects lenders and borrowers together, with us as an intermediary broker in the middle to manage everything and make sure it runs smoothly.
