Question: What were your biggest challenges before working with FinLoop?
Answer:
The biggest challenge for me personally was definitely keeping track of all the lender criteria. I have over three hundred contacts – by now even more – and it was really exhausting to stay on top of everything: Who is doing what? Who is financing which type of project? I used to manage all of this in Excel or in my CRM, but it was very time-consuming and prone to errors.
Question: How has your work changed since you started using FinLoop?
Answer:
With FinLoop, everything suddenly became so much easier. I just enter the request – what it’s about, the amount, the key details – and immediately see which lenders are a match. That has really sped up my work. I can give my clients feedback much faster and tell them early on: “Okay, these are the banks that fit your project.”
Question: How has that affected your client relationships?
Answer:
My clients noticed the difference right away. They could see they were getting feedback much faster. In the past, they often had to wait two or three weeks for a response. Now I can tell them on the same day which banking partners are suitable for their project. That was really impressive for many of them – and, of course, for me too.
Question: Was there a particular ‘aha’ moment for you?
Answer:
Yes, absolutely! My ‘aha’ moment was when I entered a project into FinLoop for the very first time – and could instantly see which lenders matched. Before, I had to go through my Excel sheet from A to Z: Who does residential? Who does office? Who is currently active? Now I can simply play with the filters and sliders and instantly see the right partners. That was really impressive – and such a huge time saver.
Question: What would you recommend to others who haven’t used FinLoop yet?
Answer:
I would really say: give FinLoop a try. Especially in times when speed is such a crucial factor, it’s a huge advantage to get qualified feedback so quickly. For me, it’s now an indispensable tool in my daily work.
